Position Information:
Lee Physician Group & Golisano Children’s Hospital is seeking a Fellowship-trained, Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatric Nephrologist to join their team. This opportunity involves both inpatient and outpatient nephrology services in Fort Myers and two outreach clinics.
The program provides acute and chronic kidney replacement therapy and follows patients post kidney transplant.
Inpatient responsibilities include nephrology consultations, providing all modalities of dialysis care, and care for acute and chronic kidney disease.
Ambulatory services include general nephrology clinics, a dialysis clinic, a combined nephrology-urology clinic, and prenatal nephrology consultations in collaboration with the Maternal-Fetal Medicine team.
Outpatient services are supported by a kidney dietitian, pediatric psychologist, and social worker. The services provided will complement our community Pediatricians and Family Practitioners. Our practices have strong clinical support using team-based care.
