The Division of Pediatric Nephrology at Weill Cornell Medicine is seeking a full-time, board-certified/board eligible nephrologist to join our program. The division currently consists of 4 faculty members, and is supported by a transplant coordinator, social worker, nutritionist, and two nephrology nurses. Our group has a strong commitment to clinical care, education, quality improvement and academic scholarship.
Candidate will provide outpatient care in the department’s pediatric sub-specialty clinics, outpatient infusion center, and dialysis unit. Inpatient care is performed at NY Presbyterian - Komansky Children’s Hospital. Inpatient service includes consultations, and direct divisional patient care, including transplant management, dialysis/CRRT, renal biopsy, and multispecialty patient care conferences. We provide consultative services at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and at New York Presbyterian Hospitals in Queens, Brooklyn and Lower Manhattan. Additionally, division members participate in the education of residents and medical students assigned to either inpatient or outpatient rotations.
